Qualifications

• 5+ years leading global mobility or immigration programs.
• Proven ability to manage client portfolios and drive revenue.
• Strong knowledge of international immigration laws and business travel.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients with business travel and visa needs.
• Proactively manage a portfolio of clients and report to Senior Managers globally.
• Coordinate with global immigration experts to deliver timely, compliant visa services.
• Oversee training and development of consular team members to improve efficiency and margins.
• Provide strategic guidance on visas, travel, legalizations, apostilles, and related services.
• Contribute to financial management to ensure profitability across client portfolios.
• Identify opportunities to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
