Qualifications

• Experience in a client facing role (hospitality, travel, aviation, luxury services, or related industries).
• Ability to efficiently navigate multiple digital systems simultaneously in real time.
• Excellent written and spoken English; calm, solutions-focused under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage client requests and bookings with precision and efficiency.
• Oversee operational aspects of the client journey, securing country-specific requirements and permits.
• Arrange tailored services (ground transfers, chauffeurs, helicopter connections) for end-to-end travel.
• Anticipate challenges, resolve issues, and keep clients informed.
• Coordinate across teams to deliver seamless service.
• Build trusted relationships with high-profile clients through clear communication.
• Take ownership of complex situations to ensure best outcomes.
• Support 24/7 shift pattern including day and night shifts.
