Job summary

Relativity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Global Business Operations team. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, shape strategy, translate it into clear plans, and align multiple workstreams with executive sponsors across IT, Finance, and Legal.

You will influence without formal authority, drive decisions, and deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Requires 7+ years of experience, strong communication, and familiarity with Agile or hybrid methods;

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong executive presence and outstanding communication skills.
• Proven success owning enterprise-level programs from strategy through execution.
• Experience with IT, enterprise, or financial systems.
• Autonomous, decisive, and capable of bringing structure to ambiguity.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; ability to choose the right approach.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping to execution with measurable outcomes.
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with sponsors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, surface dependencies, resolve conflicts.
• Lead without authority, build trust, and ensure accountability.
• Develop integrated roadmaps balancing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks early and drive decisions to resolution.
• Run governance through steering committees and decision logs.
• Communicate updates concisely to senior leaders.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and improve program delivery.
• Ad hoc duties as needed.
