Job summary

Relativity seeks an experienced Program Manager to join our Global Business Operations team in Nashville. You will lead enterprise-wide programs, shape strategy, and drive cross-functional execution with executive alignment in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and other business units, building integrated roadmaps, managing dependencies and risks, and delivering measurable outcomes while operating with influence, not control.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead without direct authority.
• Strong executive presence with clear written and verbal communication.
• Proven track record owning enterprise-level programs from strategy through execution.
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution and measurable outcomes.
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executive sponsors.
• Surface dependencies, resolve conflicts, and align teams toward a common goal.
• Lead cross-functional teams without formal authority, building trust and accountability.
• Partner with GBO teammates and stakeholders across business units.
• Build integrated roadmaps aligning scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks early and drive decisions to resolution across priorities.
• Run governance: steering committees, decision logs, escalation paths.
• Deliver concise, decision-oriented updates to senior leadership.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and continuously improve program delivery.
