Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution and measurable outcomes.
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executive sponsors.
• Act as connective tissue across teams, surfacing dependencies and resolving conflicts.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Partner with GBO teammates and other business units.
• Build integrated roadmaps aligning scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks early and drive decisions to resolution.
• Run governance with steering committees and escalation paths.
• Communicate updates to senior/executive leadership.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and improve program delivery.
