Job summary

Applied Materials, Inc. is seeking a senior Market/Product Marketing professional in Santa Clara, CA to drive market strategy, GTM plans, and revenue growth across Memory, Foundry, Logic, Packaging, and ICAPS segments.

You will analyze market trends, craft business cases, and collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to deliver compelling value propositions and sales enablement content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in market analysis, product marketing, GTM strategy, business planning, or product management, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of TAM/SAM/SOM modeling, ROI analysis, pricing strategy, and market research methodologies.
• Ability to analyze customer requirements, industry trends, competitive intelligence, and third-party market reports.
• Experience developing business cases, product positioning, customer presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with semiconductor markets, including Memory, Foundry, Logic, Packaging, and ICAPS segments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate market requirements and positioning to drive revenue growth.
• Lead market entry strategies, customer engagement plans, and technology roadmap alignment.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to shape GTM plans.
• Conduct TAM/SAM/SOM assessments and ROI benchmarking against existing technologies.
• Perform pricing analysis and recommend pricing strategies to maximize penetration.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to align strategy and GTM.
• Develop key business metrics including adoption, revenue impact, and market share.
• Create customer-facing presentations and sales enablement content.
• Support customer personas, journeys, and segmentation for engagement.
