Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A, operational finance, or business finance experience with P&L responsibility.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis skills.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial or complex operating environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for a global business unit.
• Manage full P&L analysis, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and EBITDA performance.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, KPI reporting, and executive-level presentations.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain leaders to evaluate costs and margin improvement opportunities.
• Drive financial reporting accuracy, forecasting effectiveness, and process improvements across locations.
