Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• MBA, CPA or similar preferred.
• 7+ years in finance with FP&A or operational finance.
• Experience with full P&L management (revenue, gross margin, EBITDA).
• Manufacturing/industrial or complex ops background preferred.
• Strong cross-functional partnering and communication skills.
• Travel up to 15–20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks for a global business unit.
• Manage full P&L planning including revenue, COGS, gross margin and EBITDA.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support business planning and initiatives.
• Partner with business leadership to improve forecast accuracy and proactive decision-making.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain across regions and product lines.
• Deliver financial insights on pricing, profitability, and cost drivers.
