Job summary

Excelitas Technologies Corp. is seeking a Global Business Unit Controller to partner with BU leadership on financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across multiple sites. You will oversee orders, revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA, driving accuracy and actionable insights.

Responsibilities include P&L planning, monthly/quarterly reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Sales and Engineering to improve margins. Travel ~15–20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• MBA or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support full Business Unit P&L including orders, revenue, gross margin, OPEX and EBITDA.
• Lead annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts and monthly outlooks.
• Provide variance analysis and insights with clear financial narratives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Engineering and other functions for accurate forecasts.
• Monitor performance vs plan and forecast; highlight risks & opportunities.
• Assist with audits, internal controls and system/data integrity.
