PERGOLUX is seeking a Senior Global Controller to lay the financial foundation for its rapid global expansion. You’ll operate at the intersection of analysis, structure, and strategy, strengthening financial clarity and operational excellence across regions.

You will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting, while improving controlling processes and standardized structures.

Formación

• Degree in business, finance or controlling with relevant advanced training.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling or finance.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
• Experience with Lucanet and BI tools is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes for strategic planning.
• Perform variance analysis, KPI reporting, and ad-hoc evaluations.
• Maintain and enhance controlling processes and standardized reporting.
• Assist with liquidity planning and cash-flow forecasting in a high-growth context.
