Job summary

LumApps is seeking a strategic Global Director of Brand & Communications to shape and scale the LumApps brand worldwide. You will define market positioning, visual and verbal identity, and global PR/media strategy, while ensuring localized relevance across North America, Europe, and APAC.

You will lead a distributed team of brand strategists, writers, PR agencies, and creative talent to establish LumApps as the global leader in Employee Experience and Digital Workplace solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading brand strategy and corporate communications in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or top-tier global agencies.
• Experience scaling brand awareness across international markets (North America, Europe, APAC).
• Strong background in media relations, analyst relations, and executive communications.
• Proven ability to lead multi-region teams across time zones and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead LumApps' global brand strategy, identity, and governance across regions.
• Drive international PR, media relations, and analyst engagement to maximize share of voice.
• Craft executive communications, keynotes, and thought leadership for LumApps leadership.
• Manage a distributed team of brand strategists, writers, and agencies across time zones.
