Job summary

Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a Vendor Operations Manager to steer the performance and strategic relationship of Uber’s global BPO network, supporting riders, drivers, and merchants.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, manage high-stakes projects, and implement scalable improvements in a 24/7 environment. Strong leadership, analytics, and English communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in program/vendor/BPO operations.
• Ability to lead through influence in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead BPO partner performance to meet service delivery, quality, CSAT, safety and trust.
• Build trusted relationships with BPO leadership and align with Uber’s priorities.
• Collaborate with Workforce Management, L&D, and Quality Assurance to remove friction and drive large-scale projects.
• Identify patterns and gaps via data analysis, escalate issues affecting user experience, and implement performance models.
• Own strategic roadmap, implement footprint changes and pilot new support products in a 24/7 environment.
