Culmen International seeks Border Security Trainers to develop and tailor operational training and practical exercises expanding partner-country border enforcement capabilities in support of EXBS objectives in Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Peru.

The Independent Consultant (1099) role involves delivering targeted training to customs, border security, and law enforcement agencies, with a focus on identifying, inspecting, and interdicting illicit transfers of strategic commodities and

Competenze

• Experience developing and delivering adult-learning training for government or law enforcement.
• Ability to conduct needs assessments and develop training materials.
• Familiarity with strategic trade controls and export enforcement.
• Ability to train foreign partners and collaborate with multi-agency teams.

Mansioni

• Develop and deliver border security, customs enforcement, targeting, interdiction, and investigative training tailored to partner-country needs.
• Prepare scenario-based instruction, tabletop exercises, case studies, field exercises, and after-action discussions.
• Train foreign officials on cargo targeting, risk indicators, inspection techniques, and chain of custody.
