Zusammenfassung

RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting Independent Contractors - Border Security Trainers in various OCONUS locations (task order dependent), in support of the U.S. Department of State.

These roles are contingent upon contract award and require extensive field experience in border security and training delivery. Trainers will plan, deliver, and mentor on courses for partner country officers, assess capabilities, and draft after-action reports.

Qualifikationen

• Ten or more years in U.S. border security activities.
• Five+ years developing and delivering training.
• Two+ years training foreign officers.
• Experience delivering training overseas.
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Fluent in English, written and oral.
• Ability to operate without Government assistance.

Aufgaben

• Provide consultative services to EXBS partner governments, including via bilateral virtual and in-person consultations.
• Plan, prepare for, and deliver courses to partner country customs and border security officers.
• Mentor partner country border security officials in best practices, targeting, inspection, seizure, and investigations.
• Assess partner border security capabilities and recommend enhancements.
• Draft comprehensive after-action reports following travel.
• Travel to EXBS partner countries to accomplish activities.
