Xanika Infotech LLC is seeking a Retail Consultant specializing in BLUEYONDER ESO to lead implementation, configuration, and optimization across store operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable system configurations and drive improvements in store processes.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise with BLUEYONDER (JDA) Enterprise Store Operations, including implementation, configuration and administration.
• Strong knowledge of retail store operations processes and best practices.
• Experience in fuel retail or convenience store industry is desirable.
• Developing thought leadership and innovative thinking within convenience retail.
• Experience in task management, workforce scheduling, store communication, audits and compliance, and analytics integration.
• Store optimisation and transformation roadmaps experience.
• Ability to define strategy and transformation roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Lead global/virtual teams to implement retail technology transformations.
• Engage senior stakeholders with an entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative mindset.
• Communicate effectively with verbal and written skills.
