Qualifications

• Proven expertise with BLUEYONDER (JDA) Enterprise Store Operations, including implementation, configuration and administration.
• Strong knowledge of retail store operations processes and best practices.
• Experience in fuel retail or convenience store industry is desirable.
• Developing thought leadership and innovative thinking within convenience retail.
• Experience in task management, workforce scheduling, store communication, audits and compliance, and analytics integration.
• Store optimisation and transformation roadmaps experience.
• Ability to define strategy and transformation roadmaps.

The Role

As a BLUEYONDER (JDA) Enterprise Store Operations SME, you will play a pivotal role in providing subject matter expertise, guidance, and support in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of BLUEYONDER (JDA) Enterprise Store Operations software. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations within the BLUEYONDER (JDA) Enterprise Store Operations platform.
• Conducting assessments of current store operations processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Designing and implementing BLUEYONDER (JDA) Enterprise Store Operations modules, workflows, and integrations to meet business needs.
• Providing training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system and maximizing user adoption.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to BLUEYONDER (JDA) Enterprise Store Operations, working closely with technical teams and vendors when necessary.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in BLUEYONDER (JDA) Enterprise Store Operations, proactively recommending enhancements and best practices to optimize store operations.

About You

We are looking for a Retail Consultant with extensive Blueyonder ESO knowledge with:

• Proven expertise and experience with BLUEYONDER (JDA) Enterprise Store Operations, including implementation, configuration, and administration.
• Strong knowledge of retail store operations processes and best practices.
• Fuel retail or convenience store industry
• Developing thought leadership and innovative thinking within convenience retail
• Possess process and technology experience in the following areas / capabilities: task management, workforce scheduling, store communication, store audits and compliance, performance analytics and back and front office integration.
• Store Optimisation
• Experience in defining Strategy and transformation roadmaps
