Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in supply chain technology and consulting
• Proven leadership delivering Blue Yonder WMS implementations at scale
• Experience designing enterprise architecture and integration patterns (APIs, middleware, EDI)
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decision-making
• Experience in fast-paced, client-facing consulting environments

Responsibilities

• Lead Solution Strategy: Define, architect, and implement end-to-end Blue Yonder WMS solutions
• Advise at the executive level with client leadership to shape modernization strategies
• Drive complex implementations from discovery through deployment and stabilization
• Translate business requirements into scalable system architectures
• Architect integrated ecosystems across WMS, ERP, TMS, OMS, and automation
• Own client outcomes with KPI-focused delivery including cost and throughput improvements
• Lead workshops and align stakeholders across cross-functional teams
• Enable sales growth by shaping proposals and differentiating value in RFPs
• Build capability by mentoring teams and codifying best practices
