Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Technology or related field.
- MS/MBA in IE/OR/Tech or related field preferred.
- Experience leading global, cross-functional programs in supply chain/fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs from concept through delivery.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and scalable technology solutions.
- Partner with functional teams and IS&T to align business process and systems design.
- Define and manage process and capability roadmaps.
- Drive testing, rollout, training, and post-launch review.
- Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to leadership.
- Manage escalations, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution.
- Define KPIs and measure project and operational success.
