Job summary

Labcorp in Indianapolis is seeking an Executive Director, Global Client Delivery Biotech to lead the Biotech Project Management organization and drive strategic client outcomes. The role oversees GSM, SDL, and RSC functions, aligns with Study Management, and partners with senior leadership across labs and operations.

You will champion technology-enabled transformation, invest in talent, and deliver high-quality results while traveling up to 30% internationally.

Qualifications

Four (4) year degree.
7+ years in people leadership, leading leaders; 7+ years in central lab services or related pharma/biotech.
5+ years in change management.
5+ years in client relationship building.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for the Biotech Project Management organization (GSM, SDL, RSC).
Attract, retain, and develop top talent; foster inclusive culture.
Drive workforce planning and resource allocation aligned to budgets.
Ensure performance metrics are set and monitored for outcomes.
Lead strategic initiatives to strengthen client relationships and growth.
Champion PM excellence and adoption of new technologies and AI-enabled tools.
