Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a BIM Manager to define the digital foundation for physical spaces at a global scale. You will architect core Revit templates, global parameters, and master asset libraries powering our design studio.

You will lead governance, automation, and content creation, bridging models with database schemas, and mentoring BIM Coordinators across EMEA and APAC to ensure global alignment and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BIM Administration, Model Coordination, and VDC management.
• Advanced Revit & AutoCAD customization: master templates and shared parameter files for multi-site programs.
• Cloud worksharing & coordination within ACC and BIM 360 ecosystems.
• Revit family creation: parametric families, nested families, type catalogs, central parameter database management.
• Technical documentation: BIM Execution Plans, modeling guides and standards.
• Cross-functional leadership: experience with external consultants, vendor handoffs, and design reviews.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical/technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Global Modeling Governance: develop and maintain global Revit/AutoCAD standards and templates.
• Master Asset Library Management: build and maintain BIM Family Library and fixtures.
• ACC Tenant Administration: manage ACC Hub, permissions, licensing, and cloud worksharing.
• Production & Workflow Automation: create automation tools to streamline checks and QA/QC workflows.
• Regional Coordination Network: mentor BIM Coordinators across EMEA and APAC for regional alignment.
• Model Health & Quality Control: conduct health audits and ensure clean handoffs.
• Quarterly CMS Catalog Alignment: align metadata and databases, update templates and catalogs.
