Turner & Townsend is seeking a BIM Manager to architect our global digital workspace, building core Revit templates, global parameter frameworks, and a master asset library powering the design studio. You will lead governance, automate workflows, and collaborate with Standards Governance to align models with CMS publishing needs.
You will mentor regional BIM coordinators and ensure model health, supporting multi-region project delivery across EMEA, APAC, and the studio.

Are you passionate about defining the digital foundation for physical spaces at a global scale? We are looking for a BIM Manager to serve as the principal architect of our virtual workspace—building the core Revit templates, global parameter frameworks, and master asset libraries that power our entire design studio.
We are building a highly scaled, forward-looking Design Standards Studio. In this role, you will sit at the center of our digital ecosystem, combining systems-level governance, workflow automation, and hands‑on content creation. Partnering closely with our Standards Governance and Documentation teams, you will bridge physical architectural models with digital database schemas and lead a multi‑region governance network supporting project delivery teams across the studio.
Responsibilities:
Preferred Qualifications:
Automation & Scripting: Hands‑on experience writing scripts in Dynamo, Python, or the Revit API to automate repetitive workflows.
CMS & Catalog Management: Experience organizing data‑rich BIM catalogs for web-based Content Management Systems.
Program Experience: Exposure to large‑scale retail, hospitality, industrial rollout programs, or technical infrastructure projects (R&D labs, data centers, cleanrooms).

The base salary range for this role is $130K-$150K. This range reflects the company's good faith estimate of the base salary for this position at the time of the posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package
