Qualifications

5+ years in BIM Administration, Model Coordination, and VDC management.
Advanced Revit & AutoCAD customization; master templates and shared parameters.
Cloud worksharing with ACC/BIM 360.
Revit family creation and central parameter management.
Technical documentation and BEPs.
Cross-functional leadership with external consultants.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Global Modeling Governance: develop and maintain global modeling standards and templates.
Master Asset Library Management: build and maintain BIM Family Library to reflect standards.
ACC Tenant Administration: manage ACC hub, permissions, licensing, and cloud worksharing.
Production & Workflow Automation: deploy automation tools to streamline checks and QA/QC.
Regional Coordination Network: mentor BIM Coordinators across regions.
Model Health & Quality Control: conduct health audits and ensure clean handoffs.
Quarterly CMS Catalog Alignment: align Revit metadata with CMS publishing updates.
