Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Architect to support the design and planning of EV operations facilities with a strong BIM focus. You will develop architectural drawings, site plans, elevations, and details while managing BIM models and standards across a portfolio of prototype facilities.

The ideal candidate is a skilled Revit user who can create efficient BIM workflows, coordinate documentation, and ensure code compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure.
• 6+ years of architectural experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Bluebeam.
• Experience producing schematic design and design development documents.
• Experience with BIM model management.
• Strong understanding of construction codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawing packages for multiple concurrent facility projects.
• Produce site layouts, feasibility studies, and early-stage concepts for EV facilities.
• Produce site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Research applicable code requirements and produce code analyses across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate layouts with project requirements and owner standards.
• Maintain consistency across prototype-based facilities.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate client feedback.
• Create and maintain Revit models and BIM standards.
• Perform model quality reviews and ensure data integrity.
