Job summary

Bandwidth is seeking a Global Billing Analyst I to provide billing support, resolve inquiries, and maintain strong customer relationships. You will analyze invoices, disputes, and billing records while collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, Finance and other teams.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service and billing experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree is required, with strong Excel, communication, and analytical skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–2 years in customer service.
• 1 year billing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works independently to solve global billing inquiries via phone and ticketing system within SLAs.
• Develops proficiency with billing tools, reports, and portals.
• Analyzes contracts, invoices, and billing detail records to assist inquiries.
• Processes invoice disputes with customers and escalates when needed.
• Builds relationships with billing partners to achieve results.
• Attends product meetings to learn features and flows through the billing system.
• Supports monthly revenue close cycle within deadlines.
• Communicates clearly and professionally, upholding the Bandwidth brand.
• Manages time and uses documentation to resolve issues with leadership help as needed.
• Collaborates with leadership to define issues and mitigation plans.
