Job summary

Bandwidth in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Global Billing Analyst I to support customers with accurate invoices and timely payments. You’ll solve billing inquiries, build account knowledge, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong communication, Excel skills, and the ability to work within SLAs while learning new billing tools and processes. Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years in customer service are required; billing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years in customer service.
• 1 year billing experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle global billing inquiries via telephone and ticketing system within SLAs.
• Develop proficiency with billing tools, reports and portals.
• Analyze contracts, invoices, and billing detail records for accuracy.
• Process invoice disputes and maintain client relationships; escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Finance and other stakeholders.
• Support monthly revenue close and communicate status to leadership.
