Bandwidth is a global communications software company and Tier 1 network operator. The Global Billing Analyst I role focuses on accurate, timely invoicing and customer support within a fast-paced environment.

The position requires strong communication, Excel proficiency, and the ability to analyze invoices and contracts while building client relationships. This is a hands-on billing role with opportunities to contribute across teams and processes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of billing experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate - Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle global billing inquiries via phone and ticketing system within SLAs.
• Develop proficiency with billing tools, reports, and portals.
• Analyze contracts, invoices, and billing detail records for accuracy.
• Process invoice disputes per documented procedures and engage customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Attend product meetings to learn new features and billing flows.
