Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in New York is seeking the Head of Billing to own end-to-end pricing processes for Services within the Platform and Data Services (PDS) organization.

You will design, implement, and execute billing strategies in close partnership with products, operations, technology, and sales. The role requires deep experience in billing, pricing, and financial services, with strong leadership, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in product management, billing, pricing, or a related field within financial services.
• 8–10+ years of people management experience in global, matrixed environments with cross-functional accountability across operations, technology, finance, and sales.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and review all billing processes across Services to assess strengths and weaknesses.
• Standardize and consolidate billing processes, platforms, and tools across Services.
• Develop and execute a strategy for improvement and risk remediation with timelines and required investment.
• Develop a standard framework that captures the full billing lifecycle with configurable roles.
• Oversee horizontal billing activities including fees and NII in partnership with products, operations, technology, and sales.
• Roll out common billing platforms across targeted markets.
• Identify risks in the billing process and implement strategic solutions and compensating controls.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure alignment on pricing and billing strategy.
• Define analytics, tools, and initiatives to address billing performance and revenue opportunities.
• Maintain a central database for invoices and charges and support price analytics.
