Job summary

Citi is seeking a seasoned Head of Statements for the Platform and Data Services (PDS) team in New York. You will design and execute product strategy, pricing, and risk controls for client statements, partnering with multiple products and clusters to align capabilities and roadmap.

You will lead pricing enhancements, data enrichments, and a global view of reporting channels, while driving stakeholder alignment and project prioritization at senior levels.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with 8-10+ years in management.
• Leadership of pricing execution and strategy in services.
• Strong collaboration across teams to gather required information.
• Familiarity with Treasury & Trade Solutions products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, operating models, and risk management for client statements.
• Revisit pricing rate card for statements and manage budget/priorities.
• Develop inventory of product data and remediation requirements.
• Define analytics and tools to measure client usage and digitization.
• Partner with products to identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Oversee stakeholder communications and executive presentations.
