Job summary

Citi’s Platform and Data Services (PDS) team is seeking a Head of Billing to design and execute end‑to‑end pricing processes for Services. The role partners with products, operations, technology, and sales to standardize and optimize billing across markets, targeting improved performance and revenue opportunities.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in financial services billing, strong leadership, and the ability to influence senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in product management, billing, or pricing within financial services.
• 8–10+ years of people management experience in global, matrixed environments with cross-functional accountability.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence.
• Familiarity with Treasury & Trade Solutions products and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and review all billing processes across Services to assess strengths and weaknesses.
• Standardize, consolidate, or improve processes, capabilities, and infrastructure across Services.
• Develop and execute a strategy for improvement and risk remediation with timelines and investments.
• Create a framing for full billing lifecycle aligned to product needs.
• Oversee horizontal billing activities including fees and NII in partnership with products, ops, tech, and sales.
• Roll out common billing platforms across targeted markets.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify risks and implement strategic controls.
