Citi in New York seeks a Director, Head of Statements for Services to design and lead pricing strategy, operating models, and risk management for client statements across Services. You will partner with multiple product teams to align on data, pricing, and infrastructure, delivering strategic solutions at scale.

The role requires 15+ years of experience with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with 8–10+ years in management.
• Experience designing pricing strategies for services/products.
• Strong communication and executive presence.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute product strategy for client statements.
• Revisit pricing rate card for statements and manage stakeholders.
• Develop inventory of product data and remediation requirements.
• Validate product processor data and oversee risk management for statements.
• Lead analytics to measure client usage and digitization opportunities.
• Manage budgets and project prioritization; govern risk and action plans.
