Job summary

You will integrate Barter and Principal Deals billing functions, train as a backup resource, and collaborate with GCC, Shared Services, Client Strategy, Investment and Operations to keep financial processes accurate and efficient.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PIVOTs).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and speed.

Responsibilities

• Billing & Financial Processes: Resolve invoice delays, update clients with latest information, and ensure timely payments.
• Data Management & Process Improvement: Maintain Orion financial documents and update vendor statements; coordinate across groups.
• Ad-hoc operational support for finance and media investments; integrate Barter and Principal deals into workflows.
