Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable & Billing to scale global billing and AR operations during a major transformation. You will lead end-to-end billing, strengthen controls, and prepare for the February 1, 2027 NewCo cutover.

You’ll partner with Order Management, Revenue Accounting, GTM, Product, Finance, and the India Center of Excellence to design scalable processes, automate workflows, and ensure auditability and month-end readiness in a complex SaaS environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, billing, or order-to-cash in a complex SaaS environment.
Experience using AI, automation, APIs, or RPA to reduce manual work while maintaining controls and auditability.
Deep understanding of billing operations, month-end close, reconciliations, and credit processes.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end billing operations, including invoice generation, delivery, amendments, credits, and reconciliations.
Design and monitor AR and billing controls, approvals, change controls, and audit evidence.
Establish and oversee customer credit review processes in partnership with Finance and GTM.
Drive monthly and quarterly close readiness and data readiness for major cutovers.
Scale AI-enabled workflows to move billing and finance activities toward exception-based management.
