Robinhood Markets, Inc. is seeking a Director of Benefits to own the strategy, design, and delivery of benefit programs for a global workforce. You will define the benefits philosophy, lead a team, manage vendor relationships, and partner with Legal and Finance on regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of benefits experience with a track record designing global programs.
• Deep expertise across health, welfare, retirement, and leave, US and international.
• First-principles approach to designing programs, processes, and policies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to model program costs, utilization, and ROI.
• Fluency with AI tools and curiosity to experiment with new tech.
• M&A experience including benefits due diligence and integration.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements across jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements while maintaining employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Robinhood's global benefits philosophy and strategy from first principles.
• Design, implement, and manage health, welfare, retirement, leave, and optional benefits for a global workforce.
• Evaluate and streamline benefits processes with focus on employee experience.
• Lead annual program reviews and vendor negotiations.
• Monitor regulatory landscape to keep programs compliant across regions.
• Partner with Legal and Finance on compliance obligations in all regions.
• Lead benefits due diligence and integration for M&A activity.
• Build and lead a high-performing benefits team.
