Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Benefits Program Manager to shape strategy, execute plans, and improve the employee experience across our global workforce. You will lead plan design, vendor management, and financial stewardship, ensuring compliance with local regulations and the Total Rewards framework.

In this role, you will partner with People, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and Procurement to design competitive programs, manage budgets, and deliver data-driven improvements using Workday.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in a benefits role with similar responsibilities.
• Experience using Workday and benefits administration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of government regulations related to employee benefits and time off.
• Experience managing pension and time-off plans.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and negotiating contracts with benefits vendors.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, growing environment, preferably in technology or large-scale organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of benefits programs: research, plan design, vendor mgmt, renewals, and communications.
• Monitor regulatory changes and align programs with Total Rewards strategy.
• Develop clear communication plans to help employees understand benefits.
• Serve as main contact for vendors, brokers, and third-party admins.
• Lead RFP processes with Procurement and assess vendor performance with Legal.
• Analyze benefits metrics and report insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with People, Finance, Payroll, and Legal on budgets and ROI.
• Utilize Workday and benefits platforms to improve workflows.
• Deliver key initiatives with People Systems.
