Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Project Manager for Total Rewards Strategy & Enablement to lead People M&A workstreams from diligence through integration and post-close. You will coordinate across Total Rewards, People Partners, Recruiting, Legal, Finance, and Corporate Development to ensure seamless transactions and minimal disruption.

You’ll develop repeatable processes, playbooks, and templates while guiding cross-functional teams through complex integrations and change management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project or program management at a global company, including 2+ years leading M&A workstreams (diligence, integration planning, close, post-close).
• Experience building repeatable program infrastructure (integration playbooks, templates, readiness checklists, risk logs, retrospective processes).
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured, repeatable programs in a scaling environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write executive updates and decision memos and operator playbooks.
• Ability to manage senior cross-functional stakeholders across Total Rewards, People, Recruiting, Corporate Development, Legal, Finance.
• Comfort working with data and systems such as Workday and Greenhouse to inform decisions.
• Focus on the experience of acquired Stripes and the teams running the program.

Responsibilities

• Project manage People M&A workstreams from diligence and planning through close and post-close execution.
• Serve as a central coordination point across Total Rewards, People Partners, People Operations, People Systems, Recruiting, People Support, Corporate Development, Legal, Finance, and Corporate Technology.
• Align plans, dependencies, decisions, and accountability with transaction timelines.
• Develop and run integration and change-management plans for functional leads and acquired Stripes.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies, risks, and blockers and coordinate resolution to protect timelines.
• Establish feedback mechanisms for acquired Stripes, including surveys and centralized support channels.
• Build and improve People M&A infrastructure: plans, templates, playbooks, reporting, and retrospective documentation.
• Promote cross-training and shared practices to support future integrations.
• Support other business-critical projects across Total Rewards and the People team.
