Qualifications

• 7+ years of project or program management at a global company, including M&A lifecycle experience.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution and building repeatable infrastructure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive updates and stakeholder memos.
• Ability to manage senior cross-functional stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Comfort using data to clarify decisions and define requirements with People Systems partners.

Responsibilities

• Project manage People M&A workstreams from diligence to close and post-close execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Total Rewards, People Ops, Recruiting, Legal, Finance, and Corporate Development.
• Align plans with transaction timelines and manage dependencies and accountability.
• Develop integration and change-management plans to support acquired entities and ensure a smooth Stripe experience.
