Job summary

KBR, based in the United States, seeks a Principal Benefits Specialist to design, implement, and administer global benefits programs aligning with Total Rewards objectives. Reporting to the US Benefits Manager, you will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and vendors to deliver compliant, scalable programs that enhance employee experience.

The role requires aBachelor’s degree and 7+ years in benefits, with strong Excel and HRIS experience; hybrid work in the DC area is available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance or related field.
7+ years of benefits/Total Rewards experience.
Experience in multinational or complex org environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and administer benefits programs across regions.
Administer enrollments, renewals, and lifecycle activities.
Collaborate with benefits vendors to ensure service quality and compliance.
Lead end-to-end vendor implementations and RFP processes.
Partner with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal to deliver program solutions.
Analyze benefits data to identify cost-saving opportunities and program enhancements.
Support annual enrollment planning, testing, and communications.
