Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Principal Benefits Specialist to lead design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits across a complex, multinational environment.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and vendors to deliver compliant, competitive programs aligned with Total Rewards strategy. You will manage enrollments, vendor relationships, and annual enrollment processes, while analyzing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and program enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in benefits, Total Rewards, or a related function.
• Experience supporting benefits programs in a multinational or complex organizational environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer benefits programs across a multi-national environment.
• Administer day-to-day benefits operations including enrollments and renewals.
• Coordinate with benefits vendors and ensure adherence to obligations.
• Support end-to-end vendor implementations and project management activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal and regional stakeholders to deliver programs.
