Martin Grant Associates, Inc. is seeking a Global Benefits Analyst to support multinational health, welfare, retirement, and other employee benefit programs. You’ll analyze benefits data, prepare reports and benchmarks, and provide recommendations to clients.

You will collaborate with consultants, clients, brokers, carriers, and global partners while researching international regulations and market trends. The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience and travel about 1–2 times per year.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of global benefits and/or international insurance.
  • Client account management or customer success experience.
  • Strong analytical, research, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 1-2 times per year.

Responsibilities

  • Support multinational health, welfare, retirement, and employee benefit programs.
  • Analyze benefits data and prepare reports, benchmarking, presentations, and recommendations.
  • Assist with renewals, compliance audits, global broker RFPs, and multinational pooling.
  • Collaborate with consultants, clients, brokers, carriers, and global partners.
  • Research international benefits regulations and market trends.
  • Manage multiple client projects and deliverables.
