Job summary

Benifex Limited is a fast-moving technology company delivering online reward and benefits solutions worldwide. You will lead customer-facing implementations, gather requirements and design scalable benefits solutions with our technical teams.

You will own end-to-end delivery, build trusted advisor relationships and contribute to best-practice libraries. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not provided; UK or Ireland base is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing, requirements-gathering role within a project delivery environment.
• Experience delivering multiple customer projects simultaneously.
• Experience working on system integration projects, ideally HR or Payroll integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with customers, brokers and benefit providers across implementation projects.
• Gather, document and analyse customer requirements, creating detailed solution designs.
• Design scalable solutions with internal tech teams to meet customer goals.
• Represent Benifex as a solution expert in sales meetings when required.
• Contribute to and improve Benifex best-practice libraries, processes and implementation standards.
