Mythics in the United States seeks a PeopleSoft Benefits Functional Consultant to serve as SME for Base Benefits, BenAdmin, and eBenefits, leading discovery, configuration, testing, rollout, and ongoing support across the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with HR, Benefits Operations, payroll, and external carriers to optimize BenAdmin processes, ensure US benefits compliance, and leverage PUM, PeopleTools, and Open Enrollment features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, HR, business, or related field.
• 8+ years hands-on PeopleSoft HCM functional experience with Base Benefits, BenAdmin, and eBenefits.
• Experience with PUM updates, PeopleTools, and Open Enrollment life cycles.
• Experience with US benefits regulations and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the functional owner and SME for PeopleSoft HCM Benefits (Base Benefits, BenAdmin, eBenefits).
• Lead discovery, configuration, testing, implementation, rollout, and production support for assigned modules.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits Ops, payroll, and external carriers/vendors to optimize BenAdmin processes.
• Review customizations and perform fit/gap analyses against delivered functionality.
• Support PUM updates and impact analysis, testing, and adoption of new capabilities.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on PeopleSoft capabilities, configuration options, and best practices.
