Job summary

W3Global Inc. is seeking a skilled Group Benefits Manager to lead a portfolio of employee benefits clients and coordinate renewals with carriers. You will work closely with HR professionals, business owners, and internal teams to deliver comprehensive benefits solutions.

The role offers growth into leadership within the Employee Benefits team and a hybrid work schedule. Strong communication, organization, and benefits knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Employee Benefits Account Management, Benefits Administration, or Employee Benefits Brokerage.
• Experience managing employer-sponsored group health and welfare benefit plans.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.
• Experience coordinating benefit renewals and working directly with insurance carriers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of employee benefits clients with ongoing account support.
• Build relationships with employers, HR professionals, and business owners to understand benefits needs.
• Coordinate annual renewals, quotes, and plan option evaluations.
• Prepare benefit proposals, plan comparisons, and renewal presentations for clients.
• Market employee benefit plans with carriers to secure pricing and coverage.
• Coordinate enrollments including new hires, open enrollment, and life events.
• Resolve eligibility, billing, and service issues with carriers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support implementation of new benefit plans and ongoing account management.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and drive business growth.
