Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Global Benefits Programs & Projects Consultant to join the HR Talent Services team. You will manage expat and business travel benefit programs, coordinate enrollment and claims, and partner with global HR on benefit projects.

The role requires collaboration across HR, finance, legal, tax, and payroll, with responsibility for North American PTO programs. Ideally you hold a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and a global benefits certification, with 5+ years of relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required.
• Global benefits certification preferred (CEBS/GBM).
• Minimum 5 years in benefits with global exposure.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and enrollment platforms.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead expat and business travel benefit programs to enhance employee experience.
• Oversee enrollment, claims, reporting, and compliance for benefits.
• Negotiate contracts with expat and travel providers.
• Support benefit renewals globally.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, legal, tax, and payroll teams.
• Manage North American PTO programs.
• Lead benefits projects as assigned.
