Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in benefits strategy and operations.
• Experience leading global teams of 5+ colleagues in benefits, rewards, or global mobility.
• Expertise in navigating compliance and regulatory requirements surrounding global benefits programs.
• A results-driven approach with analytical and project management capabilities.
