Job summary

The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) is seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager, Global Benefits and Employee Relations, to serve as the SME for Total Rewards, employee benefits, retirement programs, and employee relations.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead governance and open enrollment for benefits, advise on compensation benchmarking, and ensure regulatory compliance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including benefits, retirement plan administration, leave management, and employee relations.
• Experience administering 401(k) retirement plans and fiduciary responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Total Rewards, benefits programs, and employee relations.
• Lead governance, open enrollment, and communications for Total Rewards.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and related laws.
• Oversee 401(k) plan administration, audits, and nondiscrimination testing.
• Manage relationships with brokers, recordkeepers, and vendors.
• Lead leave management including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and paid leave.
