Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Director of Global Benefits to lead the strategy, design, and execution of our benefits programs across all regions, ensuring competitive, compliant, and culture-aligned offerings that support attraction, retention, and wellness at scale.

You will partner with People, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to manage performance, budgets, and global open enrollment, and you’ll mentor a high-performing team while extending localized frameworks as we expand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or equivalent.
• 8+ years in global benefits or total rewards leadership in high-growth/public companies.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. benefits compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA) and multi-country programs.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with utilization data for budgets.
• Experience negotiating vendor contracts and leading RFPs.
• Proven team leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global benefits strategy, setting the long-term roadmap for health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellbeing programs across all global locations.
• Direct vendor, broker, and consultant relationships, overseeing RFPs, contract negotiations, renewals, and ongoing performance management.
• Partner closely with Finance to manage benefits budgets, forecast expenditures, and evaluate cost-utilization trends.
• Ensure strict compliance with all global regulations, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA in the U.S. alongside country-specific international standards.
• Oversee the end-to-end annual open enrollment process, managing plan design modifications, cross-functional system configurations, and employee communications.
• Design and implement localized benefits frameworks for new geographic regions as Procore expands globally.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of benefits professionals to maintain exceptional operational delivery.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex benefits inquiries and partner with People Business Partners on sensitive employee matters.
