Qualifications
- 10+ years in employee benefits, with leadership experience.
- Deep US benefits expertise (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA).
- Experience designing benefits internationally (EMEA/APAC).
- Able to present to executives and translate complexity to leaders.
- Experience with RFPs, negotiations, and vendor management.
- Strong financial modeling and budgeting for benefits.
- Excellent communication for employees and executives.
- Experience using AI to streamline benefits processes.
Responsibilities
- Define Harvey's global benefits philosophy and localize for new markets.
- Lead plan design across US and international footprint (10+ markets).
- Build program roadmap with benchmarking and market analysis.
- Grow and develop the global benefits team across regions.
- Ensure service delivery standards and use AI to handle volume.
- Oversee annual cycle: renewals, enrollments, launches.
