Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Senior Global Mobility Partner to deliver thoughtful, compliant mobility experiences for candidates and employees. You will report to the Global Mobility Lead and help scale our programs as we expand across geographies and entities.

You will own end-to-end immigration and mobility matters, partner with legal, tax, payroll, and HR, and build scalable processes. The role offers high autonomy and the opportunity to shape a rapidly growing function at Harvey.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration and mobility lifecycle.
• Experience as a trusted mobility advisor to employees and managers.
• Ability to manage complex, time-sensitive immigration matters.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of immigration and mobility across sponsorship, relocation, cross-border transfers, remote work, and travel.
• Lead strategy and coordination for U.S. immigration with outside counsel.
• Advise candidates and employees on mobility options with cross-functional partners as needed.
• Manage relationships with immigration counsel, relocation providers, and other mobility vendors.
• Develop workflows, playbooks, and self-service resources to streamline mobility processes.
