Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Director, Global Benefits to design and manage our global employee benefits programs from Phoenix. Lead refinement of strategy, oversee global programs, and manage vendor relationships in health, retirement, and fiduciary areas.

You will report to the VP of Global Benefits, drive US benefits expertise, and ensure compliance while guiding cost-effective benefits strategy across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in benefits management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations globally.
• Experience in developing and executing benefits strategies.
• Strong understanding of US benefits, including defined benefit pensions.
• Strong understanding of health & insurance and global DB/DC pension schemes.
• Strong financial acumen including accounting of global benefit programs, medical plan underwriting and financing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Support refinement and execution of the existing global benefits strategy.
• Oversee day-to-day management of employee benefit programs globally.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for effective financial management, communication and administration.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices.
• Work directly with external vendors and consultants to support priorities.
• Provide guidance and support on benefits-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
• Analyze data and metrics to evaluate performance and cost-effectiveness of programs.
• Support development and delivery of employee education and communications about benefits.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and innovations in employee benefits and make recommendations.
