Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a Benefits Specialist to administer and optimize global benefits programs from Raleigh, NC. The role partners with People Ops, Payroll, and vendors to deliver compliant, cost-effective benefits and clear employee communications.

You will manage open enrollment, respond to complex benefits questions, and support plan design using utilization data and benchmarking. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of global benefits administration experience.
• Experience with open enrollment and benefits enrollment systems.
• Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Experience with a global HRIS platform (UKG preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer daily global benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, time off.
• Coordinate with brokers, vendors, and carriers; process invoices.
• Manage open enrollment and ensure accurate enrollments, changes, terminations.
• Analyze utilization data and support plan design improvements.
